Before: a worn thumbstick drifts on its own, so the cursor or camera moves when you are not touching the stick.➜The repair: the worn stick is renewed or swapped for a fresh OEM, Hall Effect, or TMR stick.➜After: the pro controller feels like new, with a stick that centers and tracks accurately.

Battle Beaver Coming soon
Pro pads get pro attention.
Battle Beaver pricing isn't posted yet. Text me the model and what's wrong and I'll let you know what I can do.
Diagnose the driftI check the stick with a test tool to confirm it is drifting and rule out software or a dirty stick.
Open the controllerThe shell is opened carefully, avoiding ribbon cables and the battery.
Remove the old stick moduleThe worn stick module is desoldered or unclipped from the board.
Install the new stickA new OEM stick goes in for a straight replacement. For Hall Effect or TMR, a magnetic-sensor stick replaces the old one, which removes the wear point that causes drift.
Calibrate and testI test the full range of motion, deadzones and centering, then reassemble.
OEM replacement works on more models than the magnetic upgrades do. If your controller is not compatible with Hall Effect or TMR, an OEM replacement is still an option where a stick module is available.
Confirm the problemI check whether the port is loose, bent, or no longer charging, and rule out the cable.
Open the controllerThe shell and battery are removed and the board is exposed.
Replace the portThe damaged port is desoldered and a new USB-C port is soldered in.
Test and reassembleI test charging and data with a known-good cable and check for a solid fit before closing it up.
Which pro controllers can get Hall Effect or TMR?
Not every pro controller can be converted. Hall Effect and TMR sticks only fit controllers whose stick modules are compatible, so it depends on the model. Each one is confirmed before any work starts.
Xbox Elite Series 2: OEM stick replacement is guaranteed. Hall Effect and TMR are not likely, because the magnets in those sticks can interfere with the magnets already inside this controller.
SCUF Instinct: Guaranteed OEM Hall Effect and TMR.
Battle Beaver: coming soon. Compatibility depends on the model, so text me what you have.
